By signing an entry form and license application, every competitor agrees to be subject to the rules of this book and any printed supplements. FMRRA rules come from you the racing community but since it is impossible to anticipate every possible circumstance, the official responsible for operation of each racing event will rule on any area of dispute that is not clearly covered by these rules by using common sense and fair play. The word of the official on these gray areas will be considered final.
